CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The
City of Kitchener Municipal Code respecting
the Appointment of Staff)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of Kitchener hereby
enacts as follows:
1. Section 1101,1,1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Jeff Willmer"
beside the title "Chief Administrative Officer" and substituting therefor the name "Dan
Chapman" and adding an additional title under the heading "also holds Statutory Office
of" the title "City Treasurer".
2. Section 1011.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Dan Chapman"
beside the title "Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (Deputy CAO) Finance and
Corporate Services",
3. Section 1' 01,1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the statutory office of "City Treasurer" beside the title "Deputy
Chief Administrative Officer (Deputy CAO) Finance and Corporate Services".
4� This by-law shall come into effect September 1, 2017.
