OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
Section 101.1.3 (a) Schedule 'A' of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code
is hereby amended to add "City By-law No. 89-111 regarding Termites (Kitchener
Municipal Code, Chapter 689)" with "City By-law No. 2014-141 -- Termite Prevention and
Control By-law".
2. Section 101.1.3 (b) Schedule 'B' of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code
is hereby amended by adding the following:
"City By -Law No. 2014-142 - Dog Designations By -Law
City By -Law No. 2014-138 - Responsible Dog Ownership By -Law
City By -Law No. 2014-098 - Work Permit By-law (Kitchener Municipal Code, Chapter
890)"
3. Section 101.1.3 (c) Schedule 'C' of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code
is hereby amended by replacing "City By-law No. 89-111 regarding Termites (Kitchener
Municipal Code, Chapter 689)" with "City By-law No. 2014-141 - Termite Prevention and
Control By-law".
4. Section 101.1.3 Schedule 'E' of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding "City By-law No. 2017-098 - Work Permit By-law (Kitchener
Municipal Code, Chapter 890)".
5. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Mandy Harris Inspector
Harry Ritter Inspector".
6. Schedule "E" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding beside "Schedule 'E"' the title "Transportation Planning".
7, Schedule "E" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Stephanie Brasseur
Traffic Project Coordinator/Municipal Law Enforcement
Officer
Ljubisa (Lou) Slijepcevic
Traffic Project Coordinator/Municipal Law Enforcement
Officer
Barry Cronkite
Manager of Transportation Planning,/Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer
Kenneth Carmichael
Interim Director of Transportation Services/Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer".
8. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Jordan Hamilton Inspector".
9. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the
following:
"Jordan MacLaughlin Inspector".
10. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this by-law comes into force and' effect on the date of
the final passing thereof
(2) Section 8 of this by-law shall come into force and effect on December 13, 2017; and
(3) Section 9 of this by-law shall come into force and effect on December 18, 2017,
