Re: Special Council Meeting – Monday, April 16, 2018
Notice is hereby given that Mayor B. Vrbanovic has called a special meeting of City Council
to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. to consider the
following:
1. In-camera Meeting Authorization
Council is asked to enact the following resolution to authorize an in-camera meeting:
"That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this
special meeting to consider a matter related to a litigation or potential litigation
matter subject to solicitor-client privilege, and three matters relating to solicitor-client
privilege, one of which is also related to the security of city property.”

3. Solicitor-Client Privilege (Sponsorship Agreement) (10 min)

4. Security of City Property / Solicitor-Client Privilege (Kitchener Utilities) (30 min)
