OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts as
follows:

Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting beside the name "Dan Chapman" under the heading "also holds Statutory Office
of the words "& City Treasurer" therefrom.
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting under the heading "Title" the title "Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (Deputy
CAO) Finance and Corporate Services" therefrom.
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting under the heading "Title" the title "Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (Deputy
CAO) Infrastructure Services" therefrom.
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting beside the name "Michael May" under the heading "Title" the title "Deputy Chief
Administrative Officer (Deputy CAO) Community Services
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding beside the name "Michael May" under the heading "Title" the title "General
Manager, Community Services and Deputy CAO",
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title" the following:
"Justin Readman General Manager, Development Services"
"Denise McGoldrick General Manager, Infrastructure Services"
""Victoria Raab General Manager, Corporate Services
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer", "Title" and "also holds Statutory
Office of the following:
"Jonathan Lautenbach Chief Financial Officer, Financial Services City Treasurer"
