OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting "Supervisor" under the heading "Title", beside the name "Tammy
Hogg" and substituting it with "Manager" therefor.
2. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Jonathan Crummer Inspector
Ryan Nemec Inspector".
3. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Ron Mancuso Inspector
Kelly Wilson Inspector
Scott Sherriffs Inspector."
4. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting "Supervisor" under the heading "Title or Office", beside the name
"Tammy Hogg" and substituting it with "Manager" therefor.
