Kitchener Cycling and Trails Advisory Committee November 13, 2018 Date: November 5, 2018 To: Kitchener Cycling and Trails Advisory Committee From: Danny Pimentel, City Staff cc: Subject: Wayfinding Signage Discussion Overview The committee passed a motion to have staff implement wayfinding signage immediately, that would look similar to signage presented at the September meeting. As a result, staff are prepared to identify locations to have signage installed. With the assistance of the committee, staff would like to begin to select or identify locations within the City for signage. Expectations of Committee The committee is encouraged to consider locations where wayfinding signage is required. Staff will have a map of the City so members can mark their locations, in different parts of the City. Staff will work with the next committee in the new year to finalize a plan for early 2019 installation.
