The subject property was built over 100 years ago and was converted to a duplex use prior to 1962. The property owner will need to hire a contractor to undertake any work on the parking spaces and driveway. One comment received through the circulation process is that the property owner will need to follow the curb cut and driveway widening process through the Engineering Department.
