The proposed rent has been set at $1695 per month and all utilities are to be paid by the tenant. The property does not come equipped with appliances of any kind so the tenant must supply their own. The mandatory Standard Form of Lease shall be used for this tenancy and there will be additional terms applicable to the tenancy, specifically forbidding the property to be used for any income generating activities, illegal purposes, daycare for children, smoking including cannabis in or within 9 metres of the property and the storing of unlicensed vehicles, RVs or boats on the property. *** This information is available in accessible formats upon request. *** Please call 519-741-2345 or TTY 1-866-969-9994 for assistance. ALIGNMENT WITH CITY OF KITCHENER STRATEGIC PLAN: The recommendation outlined in this report supports the achievement of the C vision through the delivery of core service.
