Vrbanovic - Chair Councillors J. Gazzola, S. Davey, B. loannidis, M. Johnston, D. Schnider, D. Chapman, S. Marsh, K. Galloway-Sealock, and C. Michaud. Staff: D. Chapman, Chief Administrative Officer M. May, Deputy CAO, Community Services J. Readman, General Manager, Development Services J. Lautenbach, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Service C. Tasker, Internal Auditor J. Bunn, Manager, Council and Committee Services / Deputy City Clerk 1. CAO -19-003 - First Quarter Audit Status Report The Committee considered Chief Administrator's Office report CAO -19-003, dated March 1, 2019, which provides a summary of the Internal Audit activities completed during the first quarter of 2019. Ms. C. Tasker presented the results of the comprehensive audit conducted for the Fire Life Safety Systems Inspections. She further provided status reports for audits on the Auditorium and Arenas; Market; and Cash Deposits. 2. ADJOURNMENT This meeting adjourned at 3:38 p.m. J.
