The Audit Committee met this date commencing at 3:01 p.m.

1. CAO -19-003 - First Quarter Audit Status Report
The Committee considered Chief Administrator's Office report CAO -19-003, dated March 1,
2019, which provides a summary of the Internal Audit activities completed during the first
quarter of 2019. Ms. C. Tasker presented the results of the comprehensive audit conducted for
the Fire Life Safety Systems Inspections. She further provided status reports for audits on the
Auditorium and Arenas; Market; and Cash Deposits.
