The tariff of fees for the processing of various planning matters shall be as set out in
Schedule ‘A’ to this Chapter. By-law 88-67, 25 April, 1988.

By-law 90-44 of the City of Kitchener is hereby repealed. By-law 90-124,13 August, 1990.
