1. Region-wide AT meeting report
From: Michael Clarke, KCTAC member
Overview
KCTAC member will provide a report on what was discussed at the join region wide
active transportation meeting.
Expectations of Committee
Committee members are encouraged to ask questions following the update.
2. Confirm Subcommittee Roles
From: Matthew Rodrigues, KCTAC chair
Overview
During our last KCTAC meeting in May, three subcommittees were identified.
Education: W. Waganka and M. Clark
Advocacy: D. Brotherston & M. Rodrigues
Bike Lane Pilot Opening Event: M. Clark, W. Waganka, V. Hand, M. Rodrigues
Expectations of Committee
The committee is asked to again consider their participation on the subcommittees and
schedule next steps.
3. Summer meeting and/or Bike Ride

Overview
During our first KCTAC meeting, members suggested going for a group bike ride at
some point during the year. This could be in addition to a meeting or part of a meeting.
Traditionally, KCTAC has not met during the month of August.
Expectations of Committee
Provide ideas on how they would like to meet (or not meet) over the summer.

4. Volunteers for Cycling & Trails Master Plan
From: Liz Christensen, city staff
Overview
Looking for volunteers to help get the word out about the Cycling and Trails Master
Plan. Meeting with the community to gather feedback about what they do and don’t like
about your cycling and trails infrastructure.
Expectations of Committee
To volunteer to help out in the summer (July and August)
5. Leave for Separated bike pilot PIC
All members are encouraged to attend this meeting at Victoria Park Pavilion.
