SPECIAL COUNCIL MINUTES
CITY OF KITCHENER
A special meeting of Kitchener City Council was held at 11:35 a.m.this date and chaired by Acting Mayor
J. Ziegler with all members of Council present except Mayor R. Christy and Councillor C. Weylie.
Notice of this special meeting had previously been given to all members of Council by the City Clerk
pursuant to Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code.
Moved by Councillor M. Wagner
Seconded by Councillor Jake Smola
"That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this special meeting to
consider two personal matters and a solicitor-client/personal matter."
Carried.
On motion, the meeting adjourned at 11:36 a.m.
