CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts as
Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended by
deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the following:
"Jordan Hamilton Inspector (in effect December 18, 2017)"
"Kelly Wilson Inspector"
Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the following:
"Dillon LaRose Inspector"
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer", "Title" and "also holds
Statutory Office of the following:
"Joyce Evans Director of Revenue/ Deputy City Treasurer"

Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding an asterisk beside the name "Jonathan Lautenbach" and inserting at the end of
Section 101.1.1 the following:

to General Managers"
