Re: Special Council Meeting Monday, September 30, 2019
Notice is hereby given that Mayor B. Vrbanovic has called a special meeting of City
Council to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, September 30, 2019 immediately
following the Community and Infrastructure Services Committee meeting at approximately
12:00 p.m.
1. In-camera Meeting Authorization
Council is asked to enact the following resolution to authorize an in-camera meeting:
"That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this
special meeting to consider a land acquisition/disposition matter
Recess and Re-convene
The meeting will then recess and reconvene at approximately 5:00 p.m.
2. FIN-19-080 Community, Culture and Recreation Grant Application
Council is requested to consider the recommendation arising from the Finance and
Corporate Services Committee meeting held September 30, 2019 with respect to
report FIN-19-080.
