Vrbanovic has called a special meeting of City Council to be held in the Caucus Room on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. to consider the following: 1. In-camera Meeting Authorization Council is asked to enact the following resolution to authorize an in-camera meeting: "That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this special meeting to consider a litigation/potential litigation matter subject to solicitor-client privilege, three land acquisition/disposition matters, one of which also relates to negotiation strategy/instruction, a matter relating to negotiation strategy/instruction, and two matters relating to confidential information about competitive position/contracts/negotiations, one of which is also related to city negotiation strategy/instruction and the another subject to solicitor-client privilege Recess and Re-convene The meeting will then recess and reconvene in the Conestoga Room immediately following the in-camera meeting at approximately 2:30 p.m. 2.
