Vrbanovic - Chair Councillors S. Davey, D. Schnider, J. Gazzola, C. Michaud, K. Galloway-Sealock, P. Singh, B. loannidis, M. Johnston, D. Chapman and S. Marsh. Staff: D. Chapman, Chief Administrative Officer M. May, Deputy CAO, General Manager, Community Services J. Readman, General Manager, Development Services J. Lautenbach, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Services D. McGoldrick, General Manager, Infrastructure Services V. Rabb, General Manager, Corporate Services S. Brisbane, Supervisor, Financial Reporting C. Tasker, Internal Auditor D. Saunderson, Committee Administrator FIN -20-059 - EXTERNAL AUDIT PLANNING REPORT The Committee considered Finance and Corporate Services Department report FCS -20-059, dated September 1, 2020, to which was attached the KPMG report entitled "Audit Planning Report for the year ending December 31, 2020". Mr. T. Mennill KPMG, the City's external Auditor, was in attendance to present the Audit Findings Report for the year ending December 31, 2020 and responded to questions from the Committee. Councillor M. Johnston entered the meeting at this time. On motion by Councillor S. Davey - it was resolved: "That the Audit Planning Report for the year ending December 31, 2020 prepared by KPMG, attached as Appendix 1 to Finance and Corporate Services report FIN -20-059 dated August 28, 2020, be approved." 2. CAO -20-005 - THIRD QUARTER AUDIT STATUS REPORT The Committee considered Chief Administrative Office report CAO -20-005 entitled "3rd Quarter Audit Status Report", dated August 25, 2020, providing a summary of the internal audit activities completed from June 2020 to September 2020. Ms. C. Tasker presented the Report and responded to questions from the Committee. Mr. D.
