Notice is hereby given that Mayor B. Vrbanovic has called a special meeting of City Council
to be held electronically on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. to consider the following:
1. In-camera Meeting Authorization
Council is asked to enact the following resolution to authorize an in-camera meeting:
"That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this
special council meeting to consider a litigation/potential litigation matter which is
also subject to solicitor-client privilege as authorized by Sections 239 (2) (e) and
(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, respectively.
