Applicant - Patrick Haramis RECOMMENDATION: That applicationA2021-019 for30 Crossbow Trailrequesting relief from Section 38.2.1 to allow a minimum sideyard abutting a street of 4.10 metres, rather than the required 4.5 metres, and Section 5.6A.4 a) to allow a non-enclosed porch to be located 2.74 metres from the lot line abutting a street rather than the required 3.0 metres bedeferred to the April 20, 2021 Committee of Adjustment Meeting. The application needs to be re-advertised as an additional variance is required. The sign advises interested parties to find additional information on the City’s website or by emailing the Planning Division.
