Seconded by Councillor D. Schnider
"That on in -camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this special
council meeting to consider one hand acquisition/disposition and city nog
matter, one matter subject tosolicitor-client privilege, and opersonal matter oxauthorized
bySections 230(2)(o). (k). (f). and (b)ofthe Municipal Act, 2001. respectively."
