1, Commencement
A special electronic meeting of City Council was held at 1:25 p.m. this date,
chaired by Councillor M. Johnston. Notice of this meeting had been previously
given to all members of Council by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 25
(Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code.
The electronic meeting began with a Land Acknowledgement given by the
Councillor M. Johnston.
Capital Budget - Direction
Moved by Councillor S. Davey
Seconded by Councillor K. Galloway -Sea lock
"That staff be directed to report and/or take appropriate action on the
following matters arising from the November 29, 2021 Special Finance
and Corporate Services Committee meeting relative to the 2022 Capital
budget, as outlined in the chart below:

"That an in -camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following
the special council meeting this date to consider a matter security of
property and labour relations as authorized by Sections 239 (2) (a) and (d)
of the Municipal Act, 2001, respectively."

4.1 Three Readings
Moved by Councillor B. loannidis
Seconded by Councillor K. Galloway-Sealock
"That leave be given the Mover and Seconder to introduce the following
by-law for three readings and that the same be taken as read a first,
second and third times, and finally be passed and numbered serially by
the Clerk."
4.1.a To confirm all actions and proceedings of the Council.
