Due to COVID-19 and recommendations by Waterloo Region Public Health to exercise physical distancing, City Hall is
open for select services. Members of the public are invited to participate in this meeting virtually.
While in-person delegation requests are not feasible at this time, members of the public are invited to submit written
comments or participate virtually in the meeting by contacting Rea Parchment at rea.parchment@kitchener.ca. Delegates
must register by 5 pm on February 21, 2022, to participate in the meeting virtually. Written comments will be circulated
before the meeting and will form part of the public record.
