Discussion Items
1. Standing Agenda Items — 5 minutes
City Strategies and Plans
No presentations from staff due to the pandemic now, unless there is something
the group would like staff to bring forward.
2. Working Group Administration
a. P. Seliske has resigned from the committee for personal reasons and as such
a request was made from Group 3 (Policy and Proposal Creation Stream) to
anyone from the other two working groups who might be interested to join, as
they could use the help with the work already started. Please discuss with
current group first and let M. Hildebrand know if interested. M. Hildebrand will
also send an email out with all the details to ensure everyone not attending
the meeting has the information.
b. Terms of Reference update
Work Group 1(Policy Evaluation & Influence Stream) still working on their
terms of reference.
Work Group 2(Considerations for Future Planning Stream) finalizing today and
will update the committee at the next meeting.
Work Group 3 (Policy Proposal & Creation Stream) finished and M.
Hildebrand to send via email to the committee members.

c. Inclusive Communities Grant
C. Kidd Chubb shared with the committee that she was in discussion with an
organization named Uplift Women and may qualify to apply for the Inclusive
Communities Grant.
