OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of
Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by replacing the name, "Alain Pinard" with "Rosa Bustamante"
respectively under the heading "Name of Officer"„
m Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by replacing the name, "Della Ross" with "Garrett Stevenson"
respectively under the heading "Name of Officer".
3, Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer";
"Title" and "also holds Statutory Office of the following:
"Tammy Hogg Manager, Deputy Chief Building"
Permits Official
(Deputy CBO)
"Brandon Sloan Manager, Long Range &
Policy Planning"
. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer",
"Title" and "also holds Statutory Office of the following:
"Natalie Goss Manager, Policy & Research"

Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by replacing beside the name "Janine Oosterveld" and under
the heading "Title", "Manager, Site Development & Customer Service" with
"Manager, Customer Experience & Project Management
Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by replacing the name "Nicole Telfer" respectively under the heading
"Name of Officer" with the name "Nicole Jutzi".
