OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of
Staff. )
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting the name "Hans Gross" respectively under the
heading "Name of Officer".
t?. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer"
and "Title" the following:
"Chris Davidson
"Dimetra Resendes
Deputy Fire Chief'
Deputy Fire Chief'
T Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and
"Title or Office" the following:
"Joyanne Beckett Manager of Permits, Deputy Building Official,
Inspector"
"Roger Vaughan Inspector"
4. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and
"Title or Office" the following:

Municipal Law Enforcement Officer"

amended by replacing the name "Mihaela Scaesteanu" respectively under the
heading "Name of Officer" with the name "Sandra Santos".
Schedule "D" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by replacing the name "Elspeth Ford" respectively under the heading
"Name of Officer" with the name "Malissa Goldrick".
`�. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and
"Title or Office" the following:
"James Hodge Fire Prevention Officer"
"John Coish Fire Prevention Officer"
"Philip Mellor Fire Prevention Officer"
4{ Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title
or Office" the following:
"Chris Davidson Deputy Fire Chief'
"Dimetra Resendes Deputy Fire Chief'
I u Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by replacing the title "Fire Prevention Officer" beside the name Lori
Grant and under the heading "Title or Office" with the title "Assistant Chief Fire
Prevention Officer".
