Mills, Committee Administrator 1. Commencement The Audit Committee held a meeting this date commencing at 2:04 p.m. 1 2. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof None. 3. Discussion Items 3.1 1st Quarter 2023 Audit Status Report, CAO -2023-128 The Committee considered the Chief Administrative Office Report, CAO -2023- 128, entitled "1st Quarter 2023 Audit Status Report," dated April 12, 2023, providing a summary of the Internal Audit assurance and consulting services completed during the period of December 2022 to March 2023. C. Tasker, Internal Auditor, presented the Report advising the audits contained within the report include: technology field inventory, parking and mileage expenses, inventory audit - status update, and market modernization - 3rd party lean review. Councillor M. Johnston entered the meeting during the presentation related to the audit of parking and mileage. 4.
