Young shared a short PowerPoint Presentation which provided an Overview of the 2023 Citizen Report Card to members of the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT). Compass Kitchener members listened to questions and feedback from CLT on the 2023 report card and responded to questions. Members of Compass Kitchener shared with CLT one of their biggest challenges during the evaluation process was not having enough information to understand how best to evaluate and noted it would be helpful knowing when a project is considered incomplete versus a completed project that triggers a review. A major take away for CLT is to ensure Compass Kitchener members are fully informed about projects. CLT offered to make themselves available as a resource, should they need any additional information in the future. J. Young asked CLT what they advise they should evaluate against for the next evaluation process, and it was suggested that Compass Kitchener members evaluate against Council values by identifying what are the top three things Council should care about and gear their evaluation towards that. 3. ALL ADVISORY COMMITTEES MEETING Compass Kitchener members debriefed the May 8t" All Advisory Committee meeting. The consensus was, overall, it went very well and there was a good amount of information shared. Members of Compass Kitchener discussed some things to consider when planning the next All Advisory Committee meeting which included putting the attendee's names in alphabetical order on the list, and providing their full Advisory Committee names on badges, not just abbreviations. J. Young noted that looking ahead, Compass Kitchener needs to determine the theme for the next All Advisory Committee meeting in the fall. 4. OTHER BUSINESS Reviewed previous minutes (May 1, 2024) 5.
