Plan, commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and truth and

was in receipt of a written submission from Meg Walker.

additional adjudicators to hear cases at the Landlord and Tenant Board which
could results in more evictions. J. Wells stressed that the lack of a renoviction by-
law, and the city's position that it's not within its jurisdiction leaves tenants
vulnerable. J. Wells urged Council to revise the motion to address staff direction
to establish a renoviction by-law.
Members of Council asked questions regarding the City of Hamilton renoviction
by-law provisions and received responses from the delegate.
