Members discussed the two and agreed, they are more comfortable with a narrative style. C. Stephens-Wells clarified that the city is not the driver of this project, and suggested listing in the general comment section of the report. L. Trumper commented they may want to address the potential for people feeling 'othered' by this approach. A motion was forwarded by L. Trumper to rate this project overall as 'Exceeds Expectations'. Motion carried unanimously. 4.3 General Comments and Recommendations Members reviewed the draft Overall Observations and Looking Ahead section. J. Stephens-Wells commented that Compass Kitchener has never addressed incomplete projects before and questioned whether it should be added under Recommendations for Future Strategic Planning. T. Glover asked members if they were good with the format and content for the 'Update on Projects from 2023-2026 Strategic Plan' and if they had any comments to guide the city or to consider for the future. T. Glover shared that Compass Kitchener could solicit other Advisory Committees for their information/feedback to be included in the report. J. Stephens-Wells suggested bringing two things to CLT: we are struggling with the advancement of goals thru the indicators and the rate at which they are being done. should we push the committee to advance the work on outcomes. 2 A motion related to suggested amendments for this section was made by T.
