1. Commencement
The Audit Committee held a meeting this date commencing at 4:04 p.m.

2. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof
There were no conflicts declared.
3. Status Updates
3.1 First Quarter 2025 Audit Status Report, CAO-2025-095
The Committee considered the Chief Administrator's Office report CAO-2025-
095, entitled 'First Quarter 2025 Audit Status Report', dated March 24, 2025,
providing a summary of the Internal Audit assurance and consulting services
completed during the period of January and March 2025.
C. Tasker presented the First Quarter 2025 Audit Status Report advising that the
audits performed include: the fire life safety systems, cash deposits, and
employee parking tax exemption. C. Tasker presented an overview of the audits,
the findings and any recommendations proposed. C. Tasker then responded to
questions from the Committee.
Councillor A. Owodunni entered the meeting at this time.
4. Adjournment
On motion, this meeting adjourned at 4:16 p.m.
