Members of Council and members of the City's local boards/committees are
required to file a written statement when they have a conflict of interest. If a

Pursuant to Council's Procedural By-law, delegations are permitted to address
the Committee for a maximum of five (5) minutes. All Delegations must register
by TIME on DATE, in order to participate in the meeting electronically.

Support Local Initiatives
The committee will continue their discussion on
• City's response to Tariffs
• Tariff impact and implication on specific industries
• Federal Government tools
R. Both, Director - Global Strategy, TD Securities and Matthew Wong,
VP - Foreign Exchange @ TD Securities will be presenting on this topic.
4.2 Update on Bramm Yards 10m
B. Bennett, Manager of Business Development, City of Kitchener will
share a brief update.
