Members of Council and members of the City's local boards/committees are
required to file a written statement when they have a conflict of interest. If a

the Committee for a maximum of five (5) minutes. All Delegations must register
by TIME on DATE, in order to participate in the meeting electronically.

Plan
J. Dueck, Director Arts & Entertainment, City of Kitchener will present a
brief overview followed by a Q&A session.

5.1 Key Priority Roadmap for the Second Half of 45 m
2025
The committee will review key priorities for the rest of 2025 and
determine the engagement and involvement required in major initiatives.
