Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof None. 3. Consent Items 3.1 None. 4. Discussion Items 4.1 Adjournment of Development Charges Complaints - 15 Dellroy Avenue and 1438 Highland Road, FIN -2026-015 The Committee considered Financial Services Department report FIN -2026-015, dated December 17, 2025 recommending adjournment of the hearing related to the complaint of development charges at 15 Dellroy Avenue and 1438 Highland Road. R. Hagey and K. Fischer were in attendance to respond to questions from the Committee. The Committee was advised that Staff received an adjournment request from the appellants to allow an opportunity for further consideration of the complaints. It was noted Staff are in support of adjourning the hearing but have provided alternative recommendations in Financial Services Department reports FIN -2026- 016 and FIN 2026-017 listed as items 5.1.a and 5.1.b on the agenda this date, should the Committee choose not to approve the adjournment. On motion by Councillor D. Schnider it was resolved: "That the request to adjourn the hearing related to the complaint of development charges at 15 Dellroy Avenue and 1438 Highland Road until no later than February 9, 2026, as outlined in Financial Services Department report FIN -2026-015, be granted." 5.
