1. Commencement
A special meeting of City Council was held at 4:36 p.m. this date, chaired by
Mayor B. Vrbanovic. Notice of this meeting had been previously given to all
members of Council by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 25 (Council
Procedure) of the Municipal Code.
The meeting began with a Land Acknowledgement given by the Mayor.
2. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof
None.
Councillor S. Stretch entered the meeting at this time.

4. In -camera Meeting Authorization
Moved by Councillor D. Chapman
Seconded by Councillor C. Michaud
"That an in -camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following
the special council meeting this date to consider two position/procedures
to be applied to negotiations matters and one potential litigation matter as
authorized by Sections 239 (2) (e) and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001,
respectively."

5. Recess and Reconvene
Council recessed at 4:40 p.m. and reconvened at 8:31 p.m., chaired by Mayor B.
Vrbanovic with all members present save and except D. Schnider.
6. Council Member Appointments to Boards and Committees
Due to absences, Mayor B. Vrbanovic noted that consideration of the council
appointments to Boards and Committees be deferred to the January 26, 2026
Special Council meeting.
Moved by Councillor A. Owodunni
Seconded by Councillor S. Davey
"That the council appointments to boards and committees be deferred to
the January 26, 2026 Special Council meeting."
