1. Commencement
A meeting of City Council was held at 3:44 p.m. this date, chaired by Mayor B.
Vrbanovic. Notice of this meeting had been previously given to all members of

Council by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the
Municipal Code.
The meeting began with a Land Acknowledgement given by the Mayor.

3.1 Adjournment of Development Charge Complaints - 15 Dellroy Avenue and
1348 Highland Road - Addendum, FIN -2026-071
Moved by Councillor S. Davey
Seconded by Councillor B. loannidis
"That the request to adjourn the hearing related to the complaint of
development charges at 15 Dellroy Avenue and 1438 Highland Road until
no later than March 30, 2026, as outlined in Financial Services
Department report FIN -2026-071, be granted."

4. Mayoral Business and Updates - Mayor B. Vrbanovic
Mayor B. Vrbanovic noted the Council meeting on Monday March 2, 2026 will
commence at 4:00 p.m. rather than 7:00 p.m., which will then be followed by a
Special Council/Caucus meeting if required.
5. In -camera Meeting Authorization
Moved by Councillor B. loannidis
Seconded by Councillor C. Michaud
"That an in -camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following
the special council meeting this date to consider a matter of potential
litigation as authorized by Sections 239 (2) (e)."
