1. Commencement
A meeting of City Council was held at 4:01 p.m. this date, chaired by Mayor B.
Vrbanovic. Notice of this meeting had been previously given to all members of
Council by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the
Municipal Code.

The meeting began with a Land Acknowledgement given by the Mayor.
2. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof
None.
3. Finance and Corporate Services Committee report - March 9, 2026
3.1 Savic Homes, 1438 Highland Road W - Section 20 Development Charges
Complaint - Jurisdiction Hearing, FIN -2026-097
It was noted during the Finance and Corporate Services meeting that that matter
had been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal and was no longer within the
City's jurisdiction. This matter was withdrawn from the agenda.
3.2 Savic Homes, 15 Dellroy Avenue - Section 20 Development Charges
Complaint - Jurisdiction Hearing, FIN -2026-098
Moved by Councillor S. Davey
Seconded by Councillor B. loannidis
"That the request to adjourn the hearing related to the complaint of
development charges at 15 Dellroy Avenue until no later than April 20,
2026, be granted."

4. Mayoral Business and Updates - Mayor B. Vrbanovic
None.
5. In -camera Meeting Authorization
Moved by Councillor C. Michaud
Seconded by Councillor S. Stretch
"That an in -camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following
the special council meeting this date to consider a position/procedure to
be applied to negotiations and potential land disposition as authorized by
Sections 239 (2) (c) and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001, respectively."
