CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 110 of the The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code regarding By-law Enforcement)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 110 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code adopted by by-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts as
follows:
1. Schedule "A" to Chapter 110 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding respectively under the heading "Officer Number" and "Officer Name" the
following:
P-44 Tom Slater
P-46 Mike Krisko

FOllOWS:
All actions and proceedings of the Council taken at its meeting(s)
held

by By-law and those required by law to be done by resolution are hereby sanctioned,
ratified and confirmed as though set out herein provided, however, that any member of
this Council who has dissented from any action or proceeding or has abstained from
discussion and voting thereon shall be deemed to have dissented or abstained, as the
case may be, in respect of this By-law as it applies to such action or proceeding.
