OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code
with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts as
follows:
1. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting under the heading "Title" the title "Supervisor of Permit Administration" and
substituting "Manager of Building" therefor.
2. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting under the heading "Title" the title "Supervisor of Inspection Services and
Building/Plumbing Inspector" and substituting "Manager of Building" therefor.
3. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Olav den Ouden" and
substituting "Joyce Evans" therefore and deleting under the heading "Title" the title "Director
of Assessment, Collections//Special Projects" and substituting "Director of Revenue"
therefor.
4. Section 101.1.3(a)(iii) of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting "2000-201" and substituting "2004-247" therefor.
5. Section 101.1.3(a)(v) of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting "2000-200" and substituting "2004-248" therefor.
6. Section 1 01.1.3(a)(vii) of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting "94-31" and substituting" ~o05-I~ "therefor.
7. Schedule 'A' - Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby deleted and the following is substituted therefor:

8. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "James Kolb"
and substituting the name "Greg Reitzel" therefor.
9. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Leonard
Solomon" and substituting the name "Richard Brooks" therefor.
10. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Phil Harrison"
and substituting the name "Jessica Umlandt" therefor.
