7.0 QUESTIONS/FEEDBACK
· It was suggested that information be made available to the community regarding
where to find public computers. Marg noted that as funding has stopped,
advertising can't be done but she will get a list of which centres have computers.
· Staff and community continue to work together to identify issues associated with
snow removal and to find solutions to problems.
· Input into the plan hasn't been received from North Dumfries.
· Item 1.3-H (page 10) will be moved to January 2006. Margaret will contact Fire
Department to find out whether there is an emergency plan in place at this time.
· It is recommended that GRAAC members attend Council meetings to introduce
themselves. The co-ordination of attendance can be done through the
appropriate staff representative specific to each municipal council.
· Kathy voiced her disappointment in Wellesley's lack of action in the plan.
· Possibly GRAAC could "brainstorm" regarding how to address mental health
issues.
8.0 Next Meeting
· Deb distributed a copy of the Regional Plan and asked members to review for the
meeting next Thursday.
9.0 Adjournment
