OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend By-law 2006-06 of The Corporation of the
City of Kitchener being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law Number 2006-06 of The
Corporation of the City of Kitchener;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
1. Section 1. is hereby amended by deleting the name "David Thomas" and substituting
"Matthew Brown" therefor.
PASSED at the Council Chambers in the City of Kitchener this 30OL.- day
of 0~ ,A.D. 2006.
