OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
1. Schedule "B" of Chapter 1 01 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the
following:
"Shelley Dietrich
Brian Wolfe
Pat Bradley
Donald Klaehn
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Supervisor of Enforcement, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
2. Schedule "C" of Chapter 1 01 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the
following:
"Brian Wolfe
Supervisor of Enforcement, Property Standards
Officer, Building/Plumbing Inspector".
