CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 502 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Adult Entertainment Parlours}.
WHEREAS on February 13, 2006, the Council of the Corporation of the City of
Kitchener passed a resolution tv amend Chapter 502 of The City of Kitchener Municipa! Code as
adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
1. Section 7 of Schedule "A" is hereby amended by deleting "shall" and substituting "may"
therefor.
2. That this amendment come into force and effect as of February 13, 2006.
