CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code
with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts as
follows:
1. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby deleted
and the following substituted therefor:

2. Schedule 'A' - Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Jenny
Murray" and substituting the name "Jenny Taylor" therefor.
3. Schedule 'A' - Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Title" beside the name "Michael
Seiling" the title "Manager of Building, Deputy Chief Building Official, Inspector" and
substituting the title "Manager of Building, Acting Chief Building Official, Inspector" therefor.
4. Schedule 'A' - Building and Plumbing of Chapter 1 01 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Title" beside the name "Martina
Schneider" the title "Inspector" and substituting the title "Supervisor of Permits, Deputy
Chief Building Official, Inspector" therefor.
5. Schedule 'A' - Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Glen
Good" and substituting the name "Robert Schipper" therefor.
6. Schedule 'A' - Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and
"Title or Office" the following:

deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
