feet, more particularly described as Part of Lot 1, Municipal Complied Plan No. 1022 and Part of
Lot 4, Municipal Compiled Plan No. 1021 to be described on a reference plan, be declared

side of Ottawa Street South be conveyed to the Regional Municipality of Waterloo to develop a
westbound turn lane into the proposed westerly access of the Craft Development, known as 795

This request has been discussed at Property Management. The committee recommends that
the land be declared surplus to the City's needs and be conveyed to the Regional Municipality
of waterloo for the purpose of widening the road.
At its expense, Craft Development retained Edward C. Kennedy & Associates Commercial Real
Estate Appraisers to evaluate the said lands. Based on their investigation they have indicated a
market value of $7,100. A surveyor has been retained by Craft Development to describe the
said lands on a reference plan.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
All costs for this conveyance will be paid by Craft Development. Funds received by this
transaction will be put into the Asset Management Reserve.
