BACKGROUND: Mr. Shawn Cooper of Flamesburn.com is planning to host an album release party for a local band in the Victoria Park Pavilion on Friday June 30, 2006, between the hours of 7PM and 10:30 PM. Attached is a copy of their request. REPORT: The event organizer, Mr. Cooper, advises that all music for the event will be played inside the pavilion. In addition, the event is non-licensed with no alcohol being served. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: None identified at this time. COMMUNICATIONS: No Corporate Communications required. CONCLUSION: Based on the circumstances surrounding this event, the By-law Enforcement Division does not object to this request for an exemption. Shayne Turner Director of By-law Enforcement Encl.
