SEPTEMBER 30, 2002 CITY OF KITCHENER
A special meeting of City Council was held at 5:12 p.m. this date, Chaired by Mayor C. 7ehr and with all
members present except Councillors C. Weylie and J. Smola.
Notice of this special meeting had been previously given to all members of Council by the City Clerk
pursuant to Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code.
Council was advised of an additional item for in-camera discussion this date involving a labour relations
matter.
Moved by Councillor G. Lorentz
Seconded by Councillor B. Vrbanovic
"That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this special meeting
to consider a labour relations matter and a matter subject to solicitor-client privilege."
Carried.
On motion, the meeting adjourned at 5:14 p.m.
