OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code
with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
follows:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts as

Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting beside the title "General Manager of Corporate Services" under the heading
"Name of Officer" the word "vacant" and substituting the name "Troy Speck" therefor.
2. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Robert Shamess" and
substituting the word "vacant" therefor.
3. Section 1 01.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting beside the name "Robert Browning" under the heading "Title" the title "Fire Chief
and Interim General Manager of Development and Technical Services" and substituting the
title "General Manager of Development and Technical Services" therefor and deleting under
the heading "also holds Statutory Office of' the title "Fire Chief' therefor.
4. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting beside the name "Tim Beckett" under the heading "Title" the title "Deputy Fire
Chief' and substituting the title "Fire Chief' therefor.
5. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Donald Trask" and substituting
the name "Steven Usher" therefor.
6. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title" the word "vacant"
and the title "Manager of Design and Development" and substituting the name "Della Ross"
and the title "Manager of Development Review" therefor.
7. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Robert
Browning" and substituting the name "Tim Beckett" beside the title "Fire Chief'.

8. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Tim Beckett"
and substituting the word "vacant" therefor.
9. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Donald Trask"
and substituting the name "Steven Usher" therefor.
10. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Tom Ruggle"
and substituting the name "Jeff Wildfang" therefor.
11. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Randy Kalan"
and substituting the name "Tom Ruggle" beside the title "Chief Fire Prevention Officer".
12. Schedule 'F' - Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the name "Blake Moggy" and the title "Fire Prevention Officer".
