Gallaher, Ms. S. Lauber, Ms. E. Brown and Messrs. J. L. Robertson and G. Zeilstra. Staff: 1. HERITAGE PERMIT APPLICATION HPA 2007-V-007 (24 DILL STREET) - PROPOSED DEMOLITION OF EXISTING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW REAR ADDITION The Committee was in Heritage HPA 2007-V-007, dated at 24 On motion by Ms. E. Gallaher- it was resolved that: HERITAGE KITCHENER SEPTEMBER 4 2007 - 24- CITY OF KITCHENER 2. REQUEST TO AMEND THE JUNE 25, 2007 COUNCIL RESOLUTION REGARDING HERITAGE PERMIT APPLICATION HPA 2006-V-014 (35 ST. CLAIR AVENUE) dated St. Mr. L. Gallaher expressed concern with the following excerpt of Report DTS-07-140: "Staff determined that it does not possess sufficient merit as an individual heritage resource and it is not a significant contributing resource to the VPHCD. Upon completion of the remediation work, a separate heritage permit application will be submitted for approval of the replacement house which is expected to be no less effective as the existing house as a contributing resource."
