OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Schedule 'A' -Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting respectively under the headings
"Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the following:
"Christopher Gibson Inspector
George Ensing Inspector
Patrick Meagher Inspector".
2. Schedule 'A' -Building and Plumbing of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding respectively under the headings
"Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the following:
"Craig Waller Inspector
Mandy Waller Inspector
Tom Czerlau Inspector".
3. Schedule `B' -Municipal Law Enforcement of Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding respectively under the
headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the following:
"Evan McInnis Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
4. Schedule 'B' -Municipal Law Enforcement of Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting respectively under the
headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office" the following:
"Heather Hamilton Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".

5. Schedule `B' -Municipal Law Enforcement of Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading
"Name of Officer" the name "Alison Cross" and substituting the name "Alison
Straus" therefor.
