OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
Schedule 'F' -Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Title or Office" beside
the name "Greg Reitzel" the title "Fire Prevention Officer" and substituting the title
"Fire Prevention Officer/Plans Examiner" therefor.
2. Schedule `F' -Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Title or Office" beside
the name "David Marck" the title "Fire Prevention Officer/Plans Examiner" and
substituting the title "Fire Prevention Officer/Public Education Officer" therefor.
3. Schedule `F' -Fire Prevention of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Title or Office" beside
the name "John Coish" the title "Fire Prevention Officer/Plans Examiner" and
substituting the title "Fire Prevention Officer/Public Education Officer" therefor.
