OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 502 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Adult Entertainment Parlours).
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 502 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
Sections 502.5.5(c), 502.5.6(c) and 502.5.7(c) of Chapter 502 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code are hereby deleted in their entirety.
PASSED at the Council Chambers in the City of Kitchener this L~- daY
